Q: How can I request assistance or leave feedback about UgCS software?

You can do so using the "Need Help" button in the bottom-right corner of the UgCS Desktop application.

The pop-up window will ask you to provide your contact details and the issue/feedback description.

Please ensure you indicate the correct email address so that our team can contact you.

This form also allows providing diagnostic data. It is also possible to attach any related data, such as screenshots, log files from mobile applications, etc.
