Managing Your Subscription

Q: How can I manage my subscription?

There are a couple of ways to manage your UgCS subscription.

1. Create an account on https://shop.sphengineering.com/account/register using the same email used to set up this subscription.
2. Use the link "Manage my UgCS Subscription"

• in the email "Your new subscription," which is sent from [email protected] right after a successful checkout.
• in the email "Your upcoming order with us!" which is sent from the email [email protected] 3 days before every upcoming subscription payment.

3. Send a request to [email protected].

Important: Deactivating your license code in UgCS will not cancel your subscription. You can only cancel your subscription through the shop or contact us directly.
