Troubleshooting

Log files for troubleshooting
The black window appears when launching UgCS Desktop
DirectX issue
"Geoserver cannot download elevation data..." error appears after UgCS Desktop update
Error "Waypoint count is invalid" when uploading a route to DJI Matrice 600.
There is no connection between UgCS Desctop and UgCS for DJI
External WMS doesn't work
The camera Yaw for DJI Matrice is set to 0, but it is not facing the next waypoint.
Custom DEM doean't work.
UgCS for DJI application can't be installed to the Smart Controller.
There is no video feed from the payload on DJI Matrice 300.
