Q: Do the perpetual licenses have upgrades and support included?

UgCS perpetual licenses have upgrades and support included for the first year. Starting from the second year from the activation date, the customer may buy Annual Support.

Paid Annual Support is not mandatory - UgCS will remain operational and data will be accessible after support expiration.
