Log files for troubleshooting

To provide support for certain questions and issues, UgCS logs and related files may be required. They are stored in the following locations:

UgCS Companion logs can be downloaded also using UgCS Desktop application.

Make sure your desktop with UgCS and RC with UgCS Companion are in same network.

in UgCS open the menu to access the logs.

Click "Logs download" and "Confirm" to download logs from RC.

Click "Logs clear" and "Confirm" to delete logs from RC.

Note DJI flight records and log files are encrypted and can be viewed only by DJI-authorized personnel.

DJI log files should be extracted using the DJI Assistant 2 application:

Connect your drone to the computer using the USB cable;
Launch the DJI Assistant 2 application;
Select your drone from the list;
Navigate to the Log Export tab on the left-hand side of the application;
Select the required log files and press the Save To Local button at the top left corner;
Indicated to the desired storage location.
