Log files for troubleshooting

To provide support for certain questions and issues, UgCS logs and related files may be required. They are stored in the following locations:


Windows

DJI Flight Records

Note DJI flight records and log files are encrypted and can be viewed only by DJI-authorized personnel.

DJI log files

DJI log files should be extracted using the DJI Assistant 2 application:

  1. Connect your drone to the computer using the USB cable;
  2. Launch the DJI Assistant 2 application;
  3. Select your drone from the list;
  4. Navigate to the Log Export tab on the left-hand side of the application;
  5. Select the required log files and press the Save To Local button at the top left corner;
  6. Indicated to the desired storage location.
